Course objectives 课程目标
From argue to parallel thinking ,using 6 hats as common language.
从争论到平行思维，使用帽子作为团队共同语言；
Lead more focused, productive meetings/communication,Reduce conflict among team members or
meeting participants.
建立高度集中与高效的会议/沟通；减少团队成员或参会人员间的对抗和冲突；
Learn to consider of angles of a situation and spot opportunities other than only problems;
学习多角度去考虑问题，从问题中找到机会;
Help persistently pessimistic people to be positive and creative.
帮助消除悲观思想，提高团队积极性和创造力；
Learn to be innovative by stimulating more and better ideas (. using random words tool);
学习如何萌发无限创意(例如 :利用随机输入工具)；
Learn to make quality decisions utilizing quality thinking sequences.

White Hat白帽
The White Hat calls for information

Black Hat黑帽
The Black Hat is judgment -- the
devil’s advocate or why something
may not work.
黑帽就是唱反调，或者判断为何失效。

Green Hat绿帽
The Green Hat focuses on creativity:
the possibilities, alternatives and
new ideas.
绿帽聚焦创造性：可能性，替换方案和新想法。
